I'm Nicole Morgan,
I am a BASI qualified pilates instructor and have been teaching pilates for the last 13 years.
After breaking my neck and back in a car accident at 16 years old, I suffered endless headaches and intense spasms down my spine for 6 years after the accident, that was until I discovered pilates at 22 and have never looked back!
Not only did my spasms and headaches disappear, but I also regained a lot of my flexibility that I had lost due to my injury and after about 2 years of doing pilates consistently, I noticed my entire body shape had changed, I was more toned and stronger than ever!
Sadly, my pilates instructor immigrated, and that's when I decided to start my own teaching journey as pilates instructor to share all that I have learnt with others and have been doing just that ever since.
